(Eagle News)– Officials of the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) launched on Tuesday (September 6) its 24/7 hotline, that allows Filipino workers to inquire about working issues and report complaints.
The hotline was established in response to President Rodrigo Duterte’s directive to all government agencies to utilize a hotline system to connect with the public.
Both Filipino local and overseas workers can call on the hotline.
“Any concerns, tumawag dito sa hotline ng Department of Labor and Employment,” Labor Secretary Silvestre Bello III said.
“You can call us for anything. Bello added.
Local callers may call 1800-8888-1349 while international callers may use 800-8888-1349 for toll-free calls. Overseas workers may use call collect to avoid any fees.
