MANILA, Philippines, Sept. 1 (Eagle News) — The Department of Transportation and Communications (DOTC) secured the services of a British consultancy firm to help solve the problem of air traffic congestion in the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA). Said move is part of the optimization plan for the NAIA.
