MANILA, Oct. 26 – The Department of Public Works and Highways said that as of 12 o’clock noontime of October 25, 2016, twenty (20) road sections are closed to traffic; seventeen (17) in CAR, one (1) in Region I and two (2) in Region II due to damaged bridges, washed out bailey bridge, high water level, road slips, damaged detour road, fallen electrical posts and trees, soil collapse and landslides.
One (1) road section in Region III is hardly passable to light vehicles due to high water elevation along Cabatangan River.
