MANILA, Philippines – The Department of Public Works and Highways warned the public regarding against individuals misrepresenting themselves as DPWH officials to sell raffle tickets to raise funds for senior citizens. The DPWH added that the department was not allowed to directly solicit funds and that the public should immediately report said individuals.
