Drilon, dead-set on integration of various northern expressways

Senate President Franklin Drilon is dead-set on the integration of the North Luzon Expressway, the Subic-Clark Tarlac Expressway and the Tarlac-Pangasinan-La Union Expressway to avoid travel dilemmas especially on peak seasons.
