DSWD releases Php 44 million for “Luis” victims

The Department of Social Welfare and Development has prepared a 44 million peso budget to help those who are affected by “Luis”.

According to DSWD Secretary Dinky Soliman, an estimated 2 million families in 8 regions were affected by “Luis”.
