MANILA, Philippines (Eagle News) — The film festival is part of the celebration of Netherlands’ 65 years of diplomatic relations and 150 years of consular ties with the Philippines.

The films shown in the fest will highlight the two nations’ commitment to promoting human rights and the development of sustainable innovations to help resolve global challenges.
