QUEZON City, Philippines – The executive assistant of Davao City Mayor Rodrigo Duterte, Bong Go, confirmed that Duterte already has a list of possible candidates for top officials of the Philippine National Police and the Armed Forces of the Philippines although he refrained from naming said officials. He added that Duterte’s criteria includes merit, sincerity, faithfulness in duty as well as loyalty.
