QUEZON City, Philippines – The camp of incoming President Rodrigo Duterte explained the reason why there should be a separate inauguration between Duterte and Vice President-elect Leni Robredo.
According to Duterte’s executive assistant Bong Go, they believe that Robredo wants to invite her family and supporters for her victory party while Duterte wishes only to conduct a simple and meaningful inauguration.
