QUEZON City, Philippines – In order to lessen one of what he sees as the causes of hatred in the Philippines, presumptive President Rodrigo Duterte said that he is in favor of the internment of the remains of former President Ferdinand E. Marcos in the Libingan ng mga Bayani.
Duterte added that he will allow the internment of Marcos not because he thinks that he is a hero but because Marcos was a soldier.
