QUEZON City, Philippines – President-elect Rodrigo Duterte is not in favor of the postponement of the barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan elections this October, saying that it would leave a hold-over capacity for the officials. Earlier, the Commission on Elections announced that it may postpone the barangay and SK elections due to the national and local elections.
