QUEZON City, Philippines – Once it was clear that Davao City Mayor Rodrigo Duterte will win the presidential race, he immediately planned the formation of his transition team that will supervise his transfer to Malacañang. His campaign manager confirmed that Duterte ordered him to form a committee to ensure such transition. The committee will also consider who will be possible members of Duterte’s Cabinet.
