Duterte plans to impose country wide curfew and liquor ban

QUEZON City, Philippines – Davao City Mayor Rodrigo Duterte’s camp explained the mayor’s plans to impose a curfew and liquor ban over the whole Philippines. The curfew is only for minors who will be found outside their homes after 10 in the evening without their parents or guardians. The curfew will ensure that every child would be ready for school. On the other hand, the ban on selling of liquor in public places after 1 in the morning aims to prevent drunk driving, which is a major cause of accidents.
