QUEZON City, Philippines (Eagle News) — President Rodrigo Duterte promoted a “drug-free ASEAN” in his first ever ASEAN Summit in Laos. According to Foreign Affairs spokesperson Charles Jose, the President’s other priorities include the rule of law as well as a legally-binding code of conduct for the claimants of the West Philippine Sea.
