QUEZON City, Philippines – Davao City Mayor Rodrigo Duterte cannot explain his feelings as he gains a lead of millions over his contenders. Duterte added that if he wins, he will work hard for the Filipino people. He also said that now is the time of healing and that the campaign period is over and it is now time to be united and to move on.
