QUEZON City, Philippines – Incoming President Rodrigo Duterte said that he will immediately implement the curfew for minors once he assumes office. He said that he wants to keep minors away from illegal drugs. Duterte added that he will also implement a nationwide liquor ban from 1:00 AM to 6: 00 AM. (Eagle News)
