QUEZON City, Philippines – President-elect Rodrigo Duterte wants to focus on the transportation and crime problems and plans to declare a transportation crisis at the start of his term. Duterte plans to establish train lines from Nueva Vizcaya in the north to Batangas and Sorsogon in the south.
