QUEZON City, Philippines – In an unscheduled speech during an oath-taking ceremony of new government appointees in Malacañang, President Rodrigo Duterte warned terrorists groups like the Abu Sayyaf that he can matched their violent actions. Presidente Duterte also called acts of terrorism “barbaric” and that he will not allow them to destroy the country.
