MANILA, Philippines (Eagle News) — Finance Department Spokesperson Paola Alvarez said President Rodrigo R. Duterte’s first State of the Nation Address (SONA) will no longer be a fashion show as past SONAs events have been.
Guests, especially the ladies, will be asked to tone down their sartorial picks and instead will be asked to wear business attires.
