Earthquake rocks Antique on Tuesday

(Eagle News) — A 3.3-magnitude earthquake struck Antique on Tuesday morning.

The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the earthquake hit five kilometers southwest of Sebaste at 6:37 a.m.

The earthquake–which had a depth of focus of one kilometer—was tectonic in origin.

An Intensity III was felt in Sebaste, PHIVOLCS said.
