Easterlies affect S. Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao on Monday, April 29

(Eagle News)–The easterlies continue to affect Southern Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao on Monday, April 29.

The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said Bicol Region, Visayas and Mindanao will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms as a result.

Flash floods during severe thunderstorms are possible.

Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers, this time due to localized thunderstorms.

Northern Luzon and the rest of the country will have light to moderate winds and slight to moderate coastal  waters, PAGASA said.
