(Eagle News)–The easterlies continue to affect Southern Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao on Thursday, April 25, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said.
According to PAGASA, Bicol Region, Visayas, and Mindanao will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms as a result.
Flash floods during severe thunderstorms are also possible.
Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will also have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers, this time, due to localized thunderstorms.
The eastern section of the country will have moderate winds and moderate coastal waters, while the rest of the country will have light to moderate winds and slight to moderate coastal waters.
