(Eagle News)– CARAGA and Davao region will have cloudy skies with rainshowers and thunderstorms on Tuesday, April 30.
The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said this was due to the easterlies, which continue to affect Southern Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.
PAGASA said flash floods or landslides due to scattered light to moderate to at times heavy rains are also possible.
Visayas, Bicol Region and the rest of Mindanao, on the other hand, will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.
Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will also have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers but this time due to
localized thunderstorms.
Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao will have light to moderate winds and slight to moderate coastal waters, PAGASA said.
