The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration or PAGASA warned against hot and humid weather which is brought about by the easterlies or hot wind coming from the Pacific Ocean. The PAGASA also warned against the hot weather and strong storms coming in during the “-ber” months as the Philippines continue to experience the effects of the El Niño phenomenon.
