Easterlies still affect S. Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao on Sunday, April 28

(Eagle News)–The easterlies continue to affect Southern Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao today, April 28.

The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said Bicol Region, Visayas, and Mindanao will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms as a result.

Flash floods during severe thunderstorms are possible.

Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will also have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to localized thunderstorms.

Northern Luzon and the rest of the country will have light to moderate  winds and slight to moderate coastal waters.
