MANILA, Philippines, September 10 (Eagle News) — The Department of Health (DOH) confirms that there is an outbreak of Ebola Reston virus in monkeys here in the Philippines but added that there is a small possibility of it affecting humans as said strain of the Ebola virus primarily affects animals.
