Educational experts divided over K-to-12 program

Educational reform advocates are divided in the issue of the implementation of the K-to-12 program. According to the Philippine Business for Education, lack of access to utilities should postpone the implementation of the said program while the Alliance of Concerned Teachers said that the government should address first the basic problems like lack of water and electricity before implementing the K-to-12 program.
