El Niño aggravates illnesses

MANILA, Philippines, May 18 (Eagle News) — Due to the continuing effects of El Niño, the Department of Health (DOH) released an advisory regarding different illnesses brought by the high weather. Even pets are not immune from the effects of El Niño.
