QUEZON City, Philippines, August 6 (Eagle News) — According to climate experts, the full effects of the 2015 El Niño phenomenon will be felt in the coming weeks.
Said phenomenon is the most severe seen in decades. Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) added that the country will experience dry spells beginning January 2016.
