QUEZON City, Philippines – According to the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration, the severe El Niño phenomenon will possibly end this month or next month but more provinces may experience drought. A total of 28 provinces are now experiencing drought which may rise to 37 by the end of the month. The PAGASA added that the country may experience the La Niña phenomenon by the end of the year.
