Elections in the NCR, generally peaceful – PNP

QUEZON City, Philippines – In the National Capital Region, the election was generally peaceful, despite the incidents of malfunctioning vote counting machines. According to the National Capital Region Police Office, voters were able to go to their precincts and exercise their right to vote. The Philippine National Police remains under full alert.
