Embassy cautions Filipinos in Belgium to avoid public places

BRUSSELS, Belgium – The Philippine embassy in Belgium advised Filipinos in Brussels to be cautious and to avoid public places for the meantime and also to follow local authorities. Belgium declared Alert Level 4 which is the highest security level in the country.
