MANILA Philippines, May 1 (Eagle News) — Labor Secretary Rosalinda Baldoz reminded and advised employers to pay workers with the proper wages and benefits this Labor Day.
Baldoz said that employers should follow the rules on holiday pay after President Benigno S. Aquino III declared May 1 as a regular holiday.
