MANILA, Philippines, June 19 (Eagle News) – As the Supreme Court issued a temporary restraining order against the so-called “National Photo-bomber” Torre De Manila, former President and now Manila City Mayor Joseph Estrada and former Manila Mayor Alfredo Lim intensified their “word war” regarding who gave the permit for the construction of Torre de Manila.
