MANILA, April 15 (Eagle News) — Mayor Joseph “Erap” Ejercito Estrada will once again run as mayor of Manila in the upcoming elections, saying that one term is not enough to fulfill all of his promises to the voters, adding further that he spent his first term fixing the bankrupt city’s finances.
