MANILA, Philippines – The formal endorsement made by Manila City Mayor Joseph ‘Erap” Estrada of Senator Grace Poe’s presidential candidacy caught the attention of many as Mayor Estrada is known to be a close friend and political ally of Vice President Jejomar Binay. Mayor Estrada also did not support Senator Poe’s running mate and endorsed Senator Bongbong Marcos instead.
