(Eagle News)– Albuera town Mayor Rolando Espinosa on Wednesday (October 12) pleaded not guilty for his case of illegal possession of firearms, ammunition and explosives.
Espinosa was charged with the case following the recovered firearms and ammunition found in his ancestral home in August.
Some P90 million worth of shabu and ingredients for making of bombs were also found.
His son, Kerwin, is also charged with the same offense but still remains at large.
The mayor was arrested on October 5
