QUEZON City, Philippines – Justice Secretary Vitaliano Aguirre said that former President Noynoy Aquino is included in the investigation that will be conducted by the Department of Justice and the National Bureau of Investigation into the Dengvaxia vaccine snafu.
The investigation aims to find out who will be held liable for buying Php 3.5 billion-worth of dengue vaccine that allegedly puts in danger some of its recipients.
The anti-dengue vaccine program was implemented under former Health Secretary Janet Garin during the Aquino administration and was continued by the present Duterte administration.
