Expect two to four storms this month

QUEZON City, Philippines, September 10 (Eagle News) — According to the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA), despite the continuing effects of the El Niño phenomenon, expect two or more storms to enter the country due to the effects of the “habagat” in Palawan, western Visayas and Mindanao.
