Political analyst Professor Ramon Casiple questions the sudden rise in ratings of Davao City Mayor Rodrigo Duterte in the latest survey conducted by the Social Weather Station. Formerly in the fourth position, Duterte is now at the head of the list.
Casiple expressed his disbelief at the results, adding that nothing special happened during the intervening period to justify the sudden increase in Duterte’s ratings.
