QUEZON City, Philippines, July 28 (Eagle News) – According to the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services (PAGASA), the ridge of high pressure area will bring fair weather in Northern Luzon. There is also a low chance of rain in Visayas and Mindanao.
