QUEZON City, Philippines – Tropical storm “Ferdie” will leave the Philippine area of responsibility today. According to the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA), “Ferdie” will leave PAR this afternoon and that it continues to lose strength.
