QUEZON City, Philippines — According to the Philippines Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA), a wider area of the Philippines will experience fewer rainfall due to the El Niño phenomenon. Areas affected include the whole of Mindanao, Negros and Bohol as well as some areas in Visayas, Bicol and MiMiMaRoPa.
