Frustrated homicide charges filed vs suspects in stabbing of Jeron Teng, 2 others

(Eagle News) — Charges have been filed against the two men who allegedly stabbed PBA player Jeron Teng and two former La Salle players on Sunday, June 3.

The charges of frustrated homicide were filed against Edmar Manalo and Willard Basili after they allegedly stabbed Teng, Norbert Torres and Thomas Torres  during an altercation outside a bar in Bonifacio Global City around 2:30 a.m.

The police said the two suspects were intoxicated.

The charges, lawyer Howard Calleja said, were filed at the prosecutor’s office of Taguig.

According to Calleja, the next hearing is on June 11.
