QUEZON City, Philippines, June 17 (Eagle News) — Philippine National Police Officer-In-Charge (PNP-OIC) Deputy Director General Leonardo Espina started his farewell round in the various regional offices of the PNP as his retirement nears. Espina has only one month left before he retires.
