QUEZON City, Philippines – The House Committee on Suffrage and Electoral Reforms obliged the Philippine National Police (PNP) and the Armed Forces of the Philippines to put a stop in the New People’s Army’s act of collecting fees for permit to campaign as well as permit to win.
