QUEZON City, Philippines, May 6 (Eagle News) — The National Alliance of School Service Associations of the Philippines asked the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) to suspend the implementation of a law which will phase out all school service vehicles that are 15 years old and above.
