MANILA, Philippines (Eagle News) — Various trade unions prepare for protest actions this coming Labor Day. Said groups agreed that they will not attend the traditional Labor Day dialogue with President Benigno S. Aquino III, adding that the three previous Labor Day dialogues all ended in failure.
