A hotel in Albay was used as an evacuation center.
According to Mayor Gemma Ongjuco of Guinobatan, the hotel owner volunteered to have his property used as an evacuation center.
The hotel gave priority to senior citizens, pregnant women and children.
According to the hotel owner, he will allow the evacuees to use his hotel as long as they are not allowed to return to the their homes.
