QUEZON City, Philippines – The House Committee on Ways and Means and House Committee on Appropriation conducted separate hearings regarding the Basic Law for the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region as the lower chamber of the Congress tries to meet the set deadline of the sponsorship of the said law to the plenary tomorrow.
